To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ciphonyx Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Software, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ciphonyx Solutions Ltd ®, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Software, your data, or your violation of these Terms.
Ciphonyx Solutions Ltd reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Software or the Company’s website. Continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
